Accommodation Details
What is the exact location of the villa, and how far is it from popular areas like of Nusa Dua
About 50 meters further on from Kubu Dimel homestay, Sucasas Villas are located in a cul-de-sac near the end of the street on the right hand side. The Villas are perfectly located in the center of Nusa Dua, near shops, restaurants, massage parlors, and many 5-star resorts that guests can use their facilities. About 500 meters away is the beautiful white sandy 'Mengiat' beach
How many bedrooms and bathrooms are there, and can the villa accommodate our group size?
Both the 1 and 2 bedroom villas have their own ensuite bathrooms. Villas are ideal for 2 people per bedroom.

Is the villa private, or are there shared spaces with other guests?
Villas are private and secure and not share with any other guests.
Amenities and Services
Is there a private pool, and is it maintained regularly?
Pools in both villas are private. Pools are regularly maintained on both Monday & Thursday late morning approx 10.30am. The pool attended will access the area via the secure entrance using their own private code. They will not entered the Villas, but only the pool area.
Does the villa have Wi-Fi, and is it reliable for remote work or streaming?
Wifi is ideal for streaming and remote work. Both Villas have their own designated work stations. Simply login using your email address.
Are daily housekeeping, or other staff services included?
For short-term of 5 days or less, villas are cleaned everyday around 10.30am . For longer stays of 6-14 days, cleaning is every 2nd day
Change of bed linen is done every 4 days for longer terms stays.
Is breakfast or any other meal provided, and can dietary preferences be accommodated?
Breakfast is not included, but we recommend a walk down to Mengait and dine on the beach. If raining Pause Cafe is only 100 meters away and air-conditioned. Kubu Dimel on the same street also has a breakfast option.
There are snacks and drinks provided inside the villas at listed prices for your convenience.
Logistics and Accessibility
How far is the villa from the airport, and is airport transfer included?
The great thing about the Nusa Dua, is its proximity to the airport. Only about 25 minutes away and little traffic once on the toll road. Whilst those seeking to stay in Seminyak or Canggu could be stuck in traffic for hours.
Is parking available, or are there transportation options nearby (e.g., scooter rentals, drivers)?
Parking is available, and rental bikes can be organised. Motor bike license is highly recommended for insurance purposes.
Are there stairs or other accessibility concerns for elderly guests or children?
No Stairs. Every Villas is a single story
Local Area and Activities
What are nearby attractions, restaurants, or beaches we can visit?
The beaches are the main attractions in Nusa Dua with Mengait and Geger in walking distance. Ideal for swimming and also for surfing
We also recommend visiting some of the 5 star hotels that are on nearest cross street for dining and also swimming. We highly recommend going to Kempinski hotel
The area has plenty of restaurants, and about 1.5 Kilometers away is Bali Collection, which is a hive of activity for dining and shopping

Can the villa staff arrange tours, spa treatments, or activities like surfing or yoga?
Kubu Dimel can organise tours, however best to walk down the street for spa and massage treatments that are very well priced. For high end spa treatments, best to visit the nearby 5-star hotels
Best area for walking and exercise?
The best time is early in the morning to beat the heat. Walk to Mengiat Beach, turn right and continue along the foreshore walkaway for about 3 kilometers. Very Scenic and lovely.
You may visit some of the 5-star resorts along the way for their early morning yoga sessions.
Is the area safe and quiet, or is it near nightlife and busy streets?
The street is extremely quiet and safe, with most of residents being locals who reside in beautiful traditional Balinese homes or homestays. Because of this, they do like to have smalls dogs that bark at strangers, but there is nothing to fear
Hotel electronic safes are provided in each main bedroom.
Booking and Policies
What is the cancellation policy, and are there any penalties for changes?
Standard Cancellation Policies
30 Days before check in we offer a full refund of the deposit (typically 50% of the total cost) minus an administration fee of IDR 750,000, approximately USD 50.
60 days during high season : - July, August, Christmas, New Year (15 December to 7th January).
Is a security deposit required, and when will it be refunded/
The normal deposit for booking a high-end villa in Bali is typically 50% of the total booking cost, payable upfront to secure the reservation
Payment Timing: The deposit is usually required at the time of booking or shortly after (e.g., within 5 days) to confirm the reservation
Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% is typically due 30 days before check-in, and 60 days during peak seasons of July, August, and Christmas/New Year)
Are there any additional fees (e.g., for extra guests, late check-out, or utilities)?
Villas are designed for 2 people per room. If extra linen and towels are provided the guest will be charged $100 USD per day, or equivalent in IDR
All utilities included bottled water are provided free of charge
All food and beverage provided by the villa is changed on consumption
Late checkout fee is only applied if the room has not been booked for a 3pm check-in
Late checkout is no later than 6pm. $50 USD for the 1 bedroom Villa and $100 for the 2 bedroom villa will be charged
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check in 3pm, Check out 12pm. For check-ins please use the auto coded locks on the front doors. For early arrivals, you may leave your luggage with Kubu Dimel which is about 50 meters away. They also manage the property
Practical Concerns
Is the water safe to drink, or is bottled water provided?
Do not drink the tap water. Bottled water is provided, as well as chilled water dispenser in the kitchen
Are there mosquito nets or insect repellents available?
No nets are provided as all rooms are enclosed
Spray on insect repellents are best used for evenings when outside. These can be purchased at the airport duty free, or the local supermarket Coco, only 200 meters away
Is the villa equipped with a generator or backup power for outages?
There's no back up power provided if there's a local blackout, which very rarely happens
Are children’s amenities like cribs or high chairs available?
None are provided

Are there any local customs or dress codes we should be aware of?
Dress how you feel comfortable. There will be dress codes if visiting temples
What’s the best way to get around Bali from the villa?
Best to download the app called Gojek. It is the Balinese version of Uber, but much cheaper. Ideal for short-term trips on scooters, or more premium services for car rides and longer distances.
